Dr. Naples earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2012 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. While studying at Palmer; Dr. Naples learned various spinal adjusting techniques called the Palmer Package, which provided multiple methods of adjusting in order to find the most efficient means to treat a patient. Furthermore, he received training in Active Care, Flexion-Distraction and Activator as an intern after witnessing the results that many patients had achieved.
Dr. Naples has treated a multitude of conditions throughout his career and often participates in events explaining that chiropractic can help with much more than neck and back pain. Additional conditions that can be helped include migraines, vertigo, sciatica, disc herniation; and shoulder wrist knee and ankle pain. Below are a few brief examples of conditions that had been successfully treated in the past by Dr. Naples that he commonly uses to educate current patients about their injuries.
A 12 year old patient presents with a concussion, headaches, and neck pain after attempting a back flip and landing on his head at gymnastics practice. Initial treatments included instrument assisted adjustments, massage, and electric muscle stimulation. As symptoms decreased; manual spinal adjustments and traction were implemented. Upon re-evaluation; active physical therapy was recommended to accompany the spinal adjustments. The physical therapy program was aimed at restoring cervical range of motion, increasing core, neck, and upper body strength, muscular re-education and improving balance and proprioceptive deficits. The active care program consisted of therapeutic stretching, core strengthening exercises such as planks, the use of therabands and dumbells to target weak specific muscles, muscular re-education of complex movements of the shoulder with body blades and Otis rings, as well as rocker and wobble board challenges to increase balance and proprioception. The patient successfully completed the active care program and was released. “I still remember treating his mother about two months later when she showed me a video on her phone of her son performing multiple back flips during his gymnastic practice.”

It was my first time here and was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I came with a neck and upper back soreness and within 10 minutes Dr. Phil fixed me up. He is a great person to be around and in his presence you can tell his enthusiasm and passion for this field. If you come to Dr. Phil you are in good hands.
A friend recommended this place after I threw out my back at work. Awesome treatment and a list of stuff I could do at home to lessen the pain. Now I’m set up on a treatment program to help my back recover and have been feeling better.
I was recently in a car accident and had some whiplash that I felt a couple days after the crash. I had trouble turning my head and my neck felt sore and pain radiated down to my shoulders, so I went into RxWellness and they have been helping me feel better.
I came here due to a back injury that gave me pain in the upper to mid back, I noticed pain every time I turned my head. Dr. Phil was very thorough in identifying the areas that needed to be treated and explained issues he found in the x-ray.
I can confidently say that Dr. Phil is without a doubt, the best chiropractor in town! Dr. Phil and his team at Rx Wellness helped alleviate my chronic back pain that was bothering me for years. After several sessions of working with Dr. Phil, my back pain went away! I am now able to work, run, and even deadlift without worrying about my back.
My job requires me to move around and sometimes crane my neck and be at odd angles. After having some serious neck and shoulder pain, I made an appointment with Dr. Golinsky and he has been great. I can move me neck a lot easier without pain and still do my job.
